Public offer on donations

1.1. This document is a public offer by the public association “Kazakhstan Society of Oncologists and Radiologists” (BIN 250440024031, hereinafter the Society) to conclude a donation agreement with any person who responds to it (hereinafter the Donor).

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is the transfer of funds through the payment form on ksor.kz. Acceptance means full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this offer.

2.1. The Donor gratuitously transfers to the Society an amount of money determined by the Donor, to be used for the Society’s statutory activities.

2.2. The Donor may indicate one of the following purposes: patient education, training of doctors, or research projects. If none is indicated, the funds are directed to statutory activities as decided by the executive committee.

2.3. Indicating a purpose is a preference. The Society may reallocate the funds within its statutory activities if collection for the chosen purpose has closed or cannot be carried out.

3.1. Transfers are processed through the internet acquiring system of Bank CenterCredit JSC. The Society neither receives nor stores the Donor’s payment card details.

3.2. The date of the donation is the date the funds are credited to the Society’s account.

3.3. The payment service fee is not deducted from the donation: the Donor transfers the amount stated, and the Society bears the cost of processing the payment.

4.1. A donation is gratuitous and, as a general rule, is not refundable.

4.2. A refund is possible in the case of a mistaken transfer, a technical failure or a double charge. Send a request to info@ksor.kz within 14 calendar days of the charge, stating the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card.

4.3. Refunds are made by the same method as the original payment, within 30 working days of the decision.

5.1. By accepting this offer, the Donor consents to the processing of the personal data they provide (name, email address, amount and date of payment) in order to perform this agreement, keep accounts, and send information on how funds are spent.

5.2. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this site.

6.1. The Society publishes information on donations received and spent in the News section of the site at least once a year.
