Personal data processing policy
This Policy sets out how personal data submitted through ksor.kz is processed.
1. Controller
Data is processed by the public association “Kazakhstan Society of Oncologists and Radiologists” (KSOR), BIN 250440024031. Registered address: 469/2 Seifullin Avenue, apt. 200, Almaty. Visiting address: 91 Abay Avenue, Almaty.
2. Purposes
Reviewing membership applications, registering participants for events and educational programmes, receiving and accounting for donations, replying to messages sent through the contact form, and informing members about the society’s activities.
3. Data collected and retention
We process the data you provide yourself: name, speciality, place of work, city, phone number and email address; for payments, the amount, date and transaction number. Data is kept while membership is active or while accounting rules require, and is then deleted. Payment card details are never passed to the society and are not stored on the site.
4. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you may withdraw consent — write to info@ksor.kz. We reply within 10 working days.
